2. Using Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

3. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We will confirm receipt of your order by email, but this does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.
We may decline an order at any time before dispatch — for example, if a product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error. If we decline your order, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has been taken.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on our website include VAT and any other applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but if we identify an error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding.
Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown on each product listing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will keep you informed where possible.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at friendsofgreatdenham@gmail.com.
6. Your Right to Cancel
As a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, contact us at friendsofgreatdenham@gmail.com before the 14-day period ends. You will then need to return the goods at your own cost unless we agree otherwise. We will issue a full refund — including standard delivery charges — within 14 days of receiving the returned items, or evidence they have been sent back, whichever is sooner.
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded
- Sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons
7. Returns and Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at friendsofgreatdenham@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
For general returns (where the item is not faulty), items must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

9. Our Liability
We are responsible to you for foreseeable losses that result directly from us breaking these terms or being negligent. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or that arise from events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it carefully.
